About this villa rental
This Texas Tuscan villa, custom built, is a luxurious oasis in the heart of Austin. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown Austin, and directly backing up against the popular Barton Creek Greenbelt, the property provides plenty of space for families and friends to gather while providing easy access to the best that Austin has to offer.
The space
The villa is 5200 sq ft and was fully custom designed and built, with incredible attention to detail. Comprised of stone walls, stained concrete floors, and soaring beamed cathedral ceilings, it sits in a tranquil setting on a full acre backing up to the Barton Creek Greenbelt and easily sleeping up to 12 people. The villa is a perfect gathering spot, with a spacious, luxurious chef's kitchen, open floor plan, large bedrooms, and lots of light and views.
You will enter through a private gated driveway, and can park in either the expansive 3-car garage or on the roundabout in front of the home. There is a beautiful entry courtyard with fountain. The living room is 22.5' x 35.5' with soaring ceilings and a fireplace in a floor to ceiling stone wall. The chef's kitchen has plenty of space to cook and gather, with an oversized island, granite counters, 48" Wolf six-burner dual oven range, subzero fridge, generous walk-in pantry plus butler's pantry.
The private main suite on the second floor has high ceilings and opens to a covered balcony with a view. Three additional spacious bedrooms are all furnished with king-sized beds (one has an additional king-sized daybed). All 4 bedrooms have walk-in closets. We have two twin-size futons in common areas, one in a loft at the top of the stairs near the main suite, and one in the office + laundry room.
Large L-shaped covered rear porch with ceiling fans can be enjoyed throughout the day and is furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the park-like backyard and views. The backyard has a fire pit as well as a 4-burner Weber grill to BBQ.
The location is centrally located to the best of Austin's attractions, with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to:

-8 mins to Austin Winery and Still Austin Whiskey
