Not to mention, you can stay within the complex and take your pick of taking a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools, or feeling the warm, sugar-white sand on your toes with direct beach access.
When you have had your fill of vitamin D, downtime will be a dream with central AC to cool off in, an open layout designed with entertaining in mind, and modern updates throughout. The living room will be a great place to kick back and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, especially when you open the sliding glass doors to let the cool breeze in. Dining out is always an option, but there really is nothing like a homecooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. And, as days come to a close, everyone can gather at the accommodating dining table to reminisce about the fun of the day.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (Including balconies)There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We have a large family and we fit well into this 2 bedroom place. We had plenty of space. It’s a nice building with security. The indoor and outdoor pools were great even when the weather wasn’t great. Very close to the beach. Clean place. Linens were included and we didn’t even know that. Great price! Great vacation! We would stay again.

Location was good , close to beach .
Had a nice parking area for 2 cars.
When we arrived at the unit , we first walked in and smelled nice and clean.
I was excited to have a nice clean unit with a 1 year old learning to walk .
But , The smell was deceiving …I think they just put some cleaner in the kitchen sink.
The tub was gross , had mold and soap scum all over it. When walked in the unit with your bare feet , all you could feel is the sand on the floor.
I’m just glad I brought my own bedding …
When I pulled pack the blanket , you could tell someone slept in the sheets , had hair n body print where they laid .
My sister had sand in her sheets .
If the unit would have been properly cleaned it would have been nice.
But was definitely not !
Spent 2 hours cleaning it myself upon arrival!
The washer /dryer combo was also tiny .. could fit 3 towels in it .
Hate to be negative, but I spent hours searching for a property with good reviews and looked cleaned due to having a young child , not to mention paying $3k for a property I had to end up cleaning myself! Just Disappointing!!!
