Close to the beach. Right on the bus line.

The living room furniture was worn, old and torn. The couch and loveseat Smelled horrible. When you walk in, you can smell dog pee. I had to go out and buy couch covers and Matress covers before I put my sheets on the beds. The apartment was supposed to be pet friendly. I paid a $250 fee which is non refundable. My dog goes to the groomers once a week and gets a bath weekly. Curtain rod in the bathroom was full of rust on the walls were scraped up. The carpet on the floor was torn at the door. I do have pictures to prove this. Friday night when we got in there was a major storm. Water pulled on the walkway outside our door and down the staircase, and at the top of the stairs, and I fell down a flight of stairs due to this, pooling effect. There’s no pitch or any place for water to drain. I ended up in multiple contusions. If you pulled muscles. I turned in all the evidence to the rental agency. I wasn’t even asking for any compensation. I just want them to be aware of it so they can fix the issues before someone gets really hurt.
