Good location and the caravan was very clean and well equipped

We were asked for separate identification by the management company, which I wasn't very happy about as I've booked through Booking.com. When we booked the checkout time was 1 pm and then the management company told us it was 10 am unless we wanted to pay an extra £20. The golden tickets aren't included and an extra £20 each which to be honest unless you are using the pools and the gym regularly. It's not they're not worth it. We used a pool once which cost us £20 each!

Das Mobilheim war ok, eine Grundreinigung - vor allem in der Küche - würde mal nicht schaden. Zutritt war einfach, alles da was man braucht. Eventuell wäre eine Kaffeemaschine hilfreich. Sonst sauber.

Everything, beautifully set out, clean, comfortable and homely. Perfect!

Lovely van, well decorated and well stocked. Nice to have a well stocked kitchen equipment cupboard, lots of lounging space and plenty of storage space. If the weather was better the patio area would have been really good - lovely furniture, south facing and very clean. You can hear the roar of the sea and it is great watching the sea birds flying over.

Beds were not comfy at all in the van. No where to hang coats and vacuum cleaner prevents the cupboards from closing properly. Cleaner needs to clean under the beds and on top of shelves. Mostly needs a deep kitchen clean once in a while, extractor fan area and cupboards need some work (spoken as an ex-cleaner). Please provide some oven trays - we needed these as the restaurant couldn't feed us, see below. The site facilities were (nothing to do with the Property Owner) a bit of a joke. I agree it was New Year's Week, but they were terribly staffed, the restaurant didn't function (very unwelcome welcome, 1hr wait on food, longer for drinks on Monday 30th), you couldn't get a drink at the bar, the pool and other areas were not open at useful times, the shop was not open at useful times for us and centre staff seemed to act as if guests were an inconvenience. I regret paying the extra (£70 for 4 nights) leisure pass for something we couldn't use at all.
