Ideal location for our short stay. Welcoming hosts and comfortable facilities - very clean and presentable. Ideal for us and 2 small doggies.
Everything good once we mastered the slightly faulty shower.

Prior to arrival hosts contacted us with outstanding, detailed facts about the property and local area. On arrival welcomed by Matt and shown through the annex personally. Appreciated parking within the grounds of the property.
Uncomfortable small bed, Needed an armchair for watching tv- sitting on a two seater awkward. Stools for breakfast bar need backs (back surgery).

Excellent position, close to centre, great park nearby (dog walking) easy access to other places in the New forest, the weather was incredible, able to eat/drink outdoor every day, the walks along the sea wall at Lymington were fantastic/scenic a joy,
I can't think of anything i disliked
