Booked last minute and was able to stay 1 night. The place was amazing! Very spacious with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs. All rooms had their own bathroom and there was a bonus one downstairs. The pool was lovely! The best thing was the location! Down a little lane that's nice and quiet but also a short walk to the main shops and restaurants. We walked to the beach also. There was purified water available to drink also. The staff were just fantastic! We were greeted by two who showed us around, and then on departure were waved goodbye. We also needed their assistance on one occasion after hours and it was promptly addressed and fixed. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the helpful staff, we were taken a back that they come every day to clean which was unexpected. The quality of the villa was really good and beautiful bathrooms. All bedrooms felt equitable which was nice travelling in 2 couples because neither or us felt like we had to compromise on the room we had. Lots of storage space for unpacking. We stayed for 4 nights and it was bliss to come away from the busy streets to the pool and suntrap outside space. They've really thought about seating and lighting in this place which really added to our experience. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms nice and cool with air con. My husband was ill whilst we were here but it provided a home from home experience. Location is great just down a side street from a main street with lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The only feedback we had was to consider aircon in the downstairs living space. There are fans but it felt warm in the evening.

Massive thank you to the villa staff. I have never met someone so uplifting, positive, kind and helpful persons than the staff at the villa. The villa was unique and had everything that you could ask for. The villa is in a prime location, close to the beach and every nice restaurant of the area. Hope that i will see the villa manager Semi again when i come back to visit!

This villa is filled with instagramable moments - but that's where it ended for us. It was nicely positioned close to many nice eating places. Just a few mins from the beach.

At over $600 AUD a night you'd expect top level everything - visually beautiful AND comfortable. But sadly this wasn't the case. This Property is two story. Downstairs is the outdoor pool which is visually very beautiful BUT it was freezing cold water so no one used it and the back yard area is so enclosed that it gets only about 1hr of sun each day. Too bad if you want to get some much overdue sun bathing in to soak up the warmth. The kitchen and open plan family/entertainment area downstairs had the only TV in the villa. So you have no choice but to all gather around together on a wicker lounge that is SO uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time (ie, like more than 20 mins) The other problem with only 1 TV in the villa is what happens when you have multiple children and parents at night wanting to watch something different?? Coming from an Australian winter it was a shock at this price to not have any air conditioning downstairs, or any of the communal areas considering it can be all enclosed with doors. Air con in bedrooms are under sized and are noisy and in 1 bedroom was not working when we got there so had to ring multiple people to get it fixed. This had to remain on the whole time we stayed which was frustrating. The shower in the main bedroom en suite went cold after just 3 minutes which at this price was unacceptable. Beds are firm which may suit some people but I have slept on more comfortable beds at $100 hotels in regional Australia. Many of the lights and lights switches did not work or had been removed and the ceiling plastered up and walls crumbling behind the curtains. Semi the house keeper was good and you had to get him to close the sliding doors at night as these were so out of alignment you couldn't shut them yourself without knowing how to maneuver them, which you needed to to shut out the mozzies! The garden around pool has tall plants trying to block out neighbours that can see directly into the master bedroom!
