Great location. Really close to the beach. Lia and her team were awesome, allowing us to check in early, arrange drivers and help us get some laundry done. Pool was a great temp. Air conditioning effective and quiet. Really lovely villa in the heart of Canguu.
No fault of the property but at times in the evenings, due to the central location and if the wind blowed a certain way, the noise from the various bars was noticeable. Recommend maybe some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper but it did not bother us.

The staff were very kind, Lia made herself available at all times and organised a lot for us during our stay. The location was perfect and we felt safe at all times. The pool along with the various breakout spaces were great for a large group. I would definitely visit again!
If I had to be picky maybe the lack of air conditioning downstairs
