The driver met us at the airport and had the keys and check in process ready to proceed once we had arrived at the resort. The check in was done in the open area of the villa and keys provided to us then by our amazing butler Dwi. He took care of everything.

The villa and surrounds were tranquil and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor living room and also the Japanese toilet!
Special thanks to Agung, our butler, who provided first class service. Breakfast, cocktails, transport - all with a smile!

The staff was amazing especially our butler wika and it was clean
The mosquitoes . We got bitten so much that we didn’t wanna stay there anymore . The mosquitoes were all over the place . For the price we paid we didn’t expect to be bitten this much
