Great stay in a perfect central location! The apartment is right in the heart of the city, which made everything easily accessible. Just downstairs there’s a bar where you can enjoy breakfast, grab a coffee anytime during the day, or relax in the evening with drinks and snacks — very convenient and a lovely atmosphere. I had a small issue with the entrance code at first, but the hosts - Giorgia and Filippo - were extremely friendly and responded immediately to help, which I really appreciated. They also did their best to accommodate us earlier than the standard check-in time since we had a very early flight and arrived around 9 a.m. That flexibility made a big difference for us. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The place was very well maintained, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay both easy and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience with attentive and helpful hosts — I would definitely recommend staying here!

Buenas camas, muy comodo el salón y cocina y la ubicación

Large apartment, very well location closes to everything right on the main walking street. Fine host and well communication not experience any issues during the stay. Well facilities, bathroom, terrace, bedrooms very clean etc.

Since we stayed over weekend, it’s very noisy at bar downstairs and with football evening. no air cond or fan (recommend to provide this) so it gets really warm and need to open windows, need ear plugs to able to sleep. Sofa bed is not very comfortable.

El calefón no es suficientemente grande para poder tomar un baño caliente. El internet se corta frecuentemente. Apartamento de estilo con material de calidad, pero con detalles (faltan mesadas de vidrio, una decoración de manija de puerta rota, etc), que hace que uno se pregunta si tiene que avisar al dueño al entrar, para no ser tenido como responsable de los detalles a la salida). Hay demasiado interruptores. No es sencillo saber cual prende la luz que uno quiere. Hay que intentar presionar varios, que no se sabe que hacen, antes de poder prender la luz que uno quiere. Puse anfitrion y servicios con la nota más baja porque están inexistentes. Es imperativo tener celular y comunicarse con no se sabe quien para acceder a servicios. Parece ser lo propio de los lugares gestionados por la sociedad Welcome. Para unos será perfecto. Yo prefiero tratar con gente frente a frente, sin pasar por el celular. Un solo juego de llaves para un apartamento de hasta 5 persones... complica la logistica.
