Perfect for our requirements.
This extremely clean and well appointed apartment is situated very close to the Severn Valley Railway. Parking on-site was easy and convenient. The host popped over to make sure that everything was fine, which it was.

Excellent place to stay
Easy to collect key from keybox. Very comfortable and good equipment. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and plenty of storage. Excellent parking including one off road space and it's a very quiet cul-de-sac.

An affordable home from home
The house is all yours, a home from home. The beds are comfortable and the living space doubles as a living and eating space. Parking right outside, on a very quiet road. Only 5 mins from local shops, bars and restaurants and 15 minutes to walk into the middle of Kidderminster
Very little not to like! If you were being picky the downstairs shower / loo gives the downstairs space a slight damp smell. All the bins from the local houses are right outside your door, so not great for the nose on a summer's day. The bread knife was blunt, but all small things!

Good quality, well presented property in a convenient location run by an excellent host.
Located in a quiet spot but close to the town centre, shops, restaurants and the railway station. Property in excellent condition and well equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Helpful and obliging host provided good basic provisions of tea, coffee and milk for our stay.
Would have preferred for the bathroom to be next to the bedroom.

Sleep over in Kidderminster
It was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. Parking right outside all on the level no steps. Nice size bedrooms. It was a nice touch to have milk waiting in the fridge and a choice of coffee or tea. That was very welcome and much appreciated.
I booked because I was taking my granddaughter and her friend to West Midlands Safari Park and wanted a rest before driving back. I would recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation was ok, but we were glad we were only staying for one night.
property was in quite a useful location and there was parking. The kitchen was well equipped and the seating and dining areas are comfortable. the property was warm except for the bathroom.
One bed was really uncomfortable because it was 'soggy' in the middle. We were sorry there was no upstairs toilet.
The china, especially the mugs, could have been cleaner and the toothmugs provided in the bathroom although obviously recent were very dirty. I left them in soak when we left. Would a washing up brush be helpful here?
Some instructions about how to turn on the power to the shower would have been useful.

A very comfortable stay in a brilliant location close to trains and shops, yet peaceful and quiet.
The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Kidderminster Station (West Midlands Railway - National Rail) and the Severn Valley Railway (Preserved Steam trains). The house is tucked away along a small terrace (which at first doesn't look like it leads anywhere), behind other houses in a quiet, accessible location. The main Town Centre is about a 5 - 10 minute walk down the hill. The two double rooms upstairs are extremely comfortable and the house has a cosy feel. The lounge / kitchen / diner with its comfy sofas and TV provides a lovely relaxing setting. The well equipped bathroom with walk in shower is downstairs, beyond the kitchen area. There are restaurants and take-aways aplenty, and a Tesco mini supermarket within a few minutes walk. Having said that, the carton of milk left for us in the fridge upon arrival was very welcome! :)
Despite having a four ring hob, and utensils such as egg cups, there were no pans (saucepans, frying pan etc.) that we could find anywhere. Just two pyrex type glass dishes stored in the oven. (I am sure the host would have provided them had we asked, but it seemed odd that there were none present for our stay.)

Location perfect for our needs, very close to local amenities but still secluded enough to remain quiet, and also only a short drive to Stourport where the family we were visiting live.
Private parking space was brilliant as we needed space to unload pram & other bulky luggage.
House was clean & cosy, bigger than expected from the pictures, and we just felt comfortable straight away.
Sofa and Beds very comfortable, bathroom spacious and enjoyable to use, although the shower could use some better water pressure but that may be a local area issue.
Very pleased to find tea & coffee making facilities, including fresh milk in the fridge, upon our arrival.
Also, our host was very gracious when we had a little mishap during the packing of our car for departure - the keys got locked in the boot! - and let us stay past our check out time whilst we waited on a locksmith to arrive. With a baby in tow this just made life so much easier in the moment, so we thank you for your patience and hope you liked the flower pot we left as thanks 😊
We will definitely be booking this place again for future family visits.
Our only observations were the above mentioned shower pressure, and also there needed to be some more pots and pans for making food in the kitchen - otherwise the place was perfect 👌

It was quite a busy urban location. Host helped us on arrival with parking, she had put milk in the fridge for us.

Great value, cosy and comfortable budget accommodation
No problem at all with accessing the property via the key safe. Everything was clean and tidy, felt welcoming.
As other people have mentioned, there is a smell of damp downstairs although we didn't notice any visible sign of damp or mould. There is no window to the bathroom and the fan should perhaps be left on to clear the bathroom of steam after a shower for longer than people are comfortable to leave it running. There is opaque glass to a lot of the windows because the property is tucked in towards the back of the main building - this didn't really cause a problem as we were out and about a lot anyway but it's not a property that enjoys extensive views!

Encountered a little dust on bedroom drawers, which was a bit surprising as overall cleanliness was exceptional. Also, loved the shower, but thought it could have been a little more forceful - but perhaps I didn't adjust it properly.

Lovely little flat, comfortable beds, everything we could need for our overnight stay. The location was perfect, we were a 3 minute walk to tesco extra and 3 chinese restaurants. West Midlands safari park was only a 10 minute drive
The flat was very close to another flat, there were people walking past the window and sitting on their doorstep smoking every half an hour or so which was facing our window. The glass was frosted so wasn't too bad but didn't feel very private.

Lovely clean property, comfortable with everything you need
The parking was important, I chose it because it was advertised with a parking space, we could park when we arrived but there was no where to park when we got back again that evening, causing a lot of stress having to unload the car and then drive further up and down the road looking for a space only to find a space that was not ideal making the road very narrow for other cars to pass, but we had no other option.
I sent a message but received no reply from the owner.

Clean and had lots of nice touches like soap, salt, pepper, milk etc. Hosts were helpful and onsite parking was very close. Check in was easy. Also nice to have a smart tv.

A neat, tidy and beautifully presented accommodation
The ease of getting in to the property via the lock box, location of property and it had lots of things like toilet paper, towels, linen and a bottle of milk in the fridge, that I ended up not using unfortunately which was bad planning on my part.
I really like the property and will use it again when visiting my relatives who live in the area. The only thing was I wasn't sure where to park the car as there is a designated space, but found somewhere to put the car anyway.

An excellent flat with good facilities and very good value looking forward to returning.
The location near the train station was excellent it was located on a private road with a parking space just outside the flat which the owners pointed out on our arrival. The flat which had two bedrooms was very comfortable. The owners had place some fresh milk in the fridge which was very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again
