Located on the narrowest part of Santa Rosa Island, you can step out the back door to a lush green yard with three docks which are perfect for docking your boat, swimming, crab hunting, and fishing or walk across the street to the beach with sugar-white sands and sparkling water and waves. John was great to communicate with for any questions we had. The view is spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. Enough room for five (3 adults, 2 teen/preteens) and the beach and bay access was fantastic.

Great waterfront location for relaxing. Beautiful view. We had a lot of fun fishing.
