Ideal for Families & Groups (Sleeps up to 8). Perfectly suited to families, small groups, or couples traveling together:
• King Bedroom: Elegant walk-in shower, hairdryer, iron & board, vanity area, and plush bedding
• Queen Bedroom: Dual-access shower/tub, hairdryer, clothing racks, queen bed, and twin bunk beds—designed for flexibility and comfort.
• Cozy sleeper sofa in the living room ensures extra guests can be accommodated with ease.

5-6 trash liners,

3 dish detergent pod
1 small Dawn
1 small round soap for bathroom
For longer stays, you may need to restock these items.
Bring or purchase your own soap, shampoo, and other essentials.
Check the listing for the type of coffee maker — and BYO coffee!
Please note that this condo is on the 3rd level of the building so there are some flights of stairs as there is no elevator in this building.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

This place was perfect! The location was ideal, the unit was clean, and we liked that the bedrooms were upstairs. We traveled with our boat so having the dock right there was a bonus when we needed to grab a few things. My granddaughters loved the little table and chairs and they had plenty of room to play which came in handy during some down time due to weather. Our host was top notch and stayed in contact with us throughout our week long stay. We will be back for sure.

Sonia was a wonderful host. She was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze, and the entire process was seamless. The home is well-maintained, spotless, and filled with beautiful natural light. Just a heads-up for future guests: the property is on the third floor, so there are quite a few stairs to climb. We loved the private pier and were even surprised with a puffer fish catch on our first day! The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to the beach. Although we didn't use the spacious pool, it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola. Thanks, Sonia!
