The apartment measures 62 m² and is located on the first floor of a well-maintained thatched-roof building. It features a bright and spacious living room that flows seamlessly into an open kitchen. Here you’ll find all the cooking utensils you need, as well as a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave—ideal for preparing delicious meals. The dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and linger. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and armchair, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing evening of TV with two televisions available (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). With the smart TV, guests can easily listen to the radio and stream content.
The comfortable bedroom with tile flooring, which sleeps two, ensures a restful night’s sleep. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and toilet rounds out the amenities. Of course, the apartment is also allergy-friendly and ideal as a non-smoking residence.
