Living Under a Thatched Roof - Vacation Apartment for 2 People

About the apartment:
Apartment 1.3 is located on the first floor and has a terrace. The living room features a cozy sofa set and an armchair with an ottoman. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible shower. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment. You can access the west-facing terrace from both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment has an intercom system with a camera. In the basement, you’ll find a washer and dryer (for a fee), a storage room for bicycles, and a shared fitness room. There is an elevator in the building. Next to the building, you’ll find another lockable bicycle storage room and a small playground for our younger guests.
The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building.
Small dogs allowed (please keep them under supervision at all times inside the apartment) upon request.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.

The rates for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

Some of the beautiful and individually furnished apartments feature their own sauna or a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. An ideal oasis of well-being for our guests. Breakfast options are available in the immediate vicinity. The Büsumer Reethus offers the following amenities: Wi-Fi, an elevator, parking spaces assigned to the apartments in front of the building, a washer and dryer in the basement, a small children’s playground next to the building, a fitness room, and a storage room.

Pets are welcome in some apartments upon request. Extra beds are available in some apartments for a fee.
