About this apartment rental
About the apartment:
Apartment 2.4 is located on the first floor and has a balcony. The living room features a cozy sofa set and a recliner. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed at a comfortable height and a TV. The bathroom features an accessible shower, toilet, and urinal. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment. One balcony is accessible from the living room, and the second from the bedroom. The apartment has an intercom system with a camera. In the basement, you’ll find a washer and dryer (for a fee), a storage room for bicycles, and a shared fitness room. There is an elevator in the building. Next to the building, you’ll find another lockable bicycle storage room and a small playground for our younger guests.
The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.
