About this house rental
Beach Breeze sits on the sugar-white sandy beach of Ft Morgan, AL with breathtaking views of the Gulf!! Bask in the unbeatable beachfront views in the private community of Morgantown with exclusive beaches, two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts. You can also fish from the beach!
This five bedroom home has been recently updated and comes fully furnished with wireless internet throughout, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach floats, boogie boards, books, and games to enjoy.
Relax in the large living area with beautiful views of the beach and gulf or just sit and watch TV. Step outside to the large deck with a covered area with seating, a dining area, and an area for sunbathing. Take the steps down directly to the white sand and turquoise water and rinse off afterwards at the outdoor shower on your private boardwalk.
On the main floor, the Primary Bedroom has fantastic gulf views, king bed, HDTV, oversized closet, and private bathroom with big shower and Jacuzzi tub.
The upstairs has four bedrooms and a nice size bathroom. The large upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a loveseat, two bedrooms have queen beds, and one room has two bunk beds with twins on the top and doubles on the bottom. The king bedroom and the bunk room have TVs and the bunk room also has a reading nook.
A complete kitchen on the main level has everything you need to create great meals and enjoy your stay. The dining table has seven chairs, the kitchen table has four, and the breakfast bar has four barstools. There are plenty of utensils, plates, cups, and serving pieces.
The outside deck table seats six and is the perfect place to catch the beautiful sunrise or sunset and watch the dolphins play. There are seven more Adirondack chairs for your outdoor relaxing and a chaise lounge chair. Down below is covered parking for four, charcoal grill, storage closet with beach items, table with four chairs, and two more adirondacks. Outdoor security cameras in the front and back.
Historic Fort Morgan is only 5 miles away. World-class golf courses are nearby. Dauphin Island is a short ferry ride away where you can visit the Sea Lab or Historic Fort Gaines. Beach Breeze is secluded from the crowds of Gulf Shores but is only 15 miles away for when you want to shop, dine, visit the Zoo, Waterville, watch a movie, or concert at The Wharf.

We are a family of 8 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 1-8. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling on top of each other. The bunk room with the reading nook for the kids was a great touch! Being such a short walk to the beach was so great since we were making frequent trips to and from the house. Relative to the beaches of Gulf Shores, Destin and 30A, the beach is so nice and quiet. We especially loved the seating on the back deck where there was room for everyone to sit and enjoy the view. We did run into an issue where the refrigerator had quit making ice and was not staying as cold as it should, but Carla quickly had someone out to inspect it and replaced the refrigerator the next day. Working with Carla was so easy, and we look forward to staying here again next year!

Loved this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!! Would reserve this again! There was one discrepancy which was that the listing showed an extra bathroom with a shower which was not accurate.

The upstairs AC wasn’t working when we got there and she had someone there and it got repaired that evening. House is right on the beach and the shower going up the steps is very nice to have.
