Sea of Blue was decorated with both beauty and your comfort in mind. Its simple elegance only enhances the main attraction, the beach. The coquina sand beaches are perfect for miles of walks along the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean and will offer hours of entertainment from whale watching in the fall to fantastic surf fishing, year-round surfing, and even turtle nesting and hatching in September. Flagler's unspoiled beaches are the perfect spot to do as much or as little on your next vacation.

Sit on the balcony, sip your coffee and watch the sunrise with the breeze in your face or the moon rise from the crashing surf. Just enjoy this beautiful setting and relax. The owner even installed glass panel railings so as not to obstruct your view of the beautiful blue sea. This is not your typical vacation rental. It has been designed and equipped with you'll need. It is such a rare find you will not even want to leave, but do explore our little sleepy beach town. It too is a gem.

The house is set up with two primary suites, one downstairs and the second on the main floor. Downstairs you have two bedrooms and two baths and a second TV room with a pull-out couch for the kids to stay in or extra guests. The first bedroom has twin beds and the second primary has a private en-suite bath and a queen-size bed. You even have a sink and a small fridge for your convenience downstairs. The main floor offers an open living room, dining room, and kitchen concept all facing the ocean. The furniture is all Pottery Barn and the whole feeling is so beach and clean. The view of the Atlantic does not get any better than this. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious bath with a huge walk-in shower.

There is a two-car garage for your use and the beach access is across the street. This is the perfect location close to everything. You can walk to dinner or go out to listen to music in the evening. If you haven't discovered Flagler Beach yet, you're going to love this retro-style beach town between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Blissfully undeveloped and low-key, Flagler Beach is Florida's best-kept secret. All this is just 30 minutes from St. Augustine and all the history it offers and even less than 2 hours from your favorite theme parks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
