The location, number of bedrooms and the lounge and kitchen in the basement was perfect for us.

The bathrooms and bed linen were clean but the property was dusty. The showers were hot but when everyone had one at a similar time, the hot water system couldn’t cope and some were cold. The above comments are constructive feedback to help the property owners.

The property was very central and great for accessing the city centre. We had plenty of rooms and communal areas and bathrooms for our needs. Really great to have a couple of parking spaces. Communication was good and prompt throughout.

A few things like the freezer were broken and needed replacing. A bed frame was broken, we reported all these aspects so may be sorted now. For a large group there could have been additional glasses and other crockery.

Spacious, great facilities plenty of bathrooms for everyone and a perfect location.

Great property, the property was plenty big enough for our party of 7, everyone had the own room, great location 5 min walk to lime street station and the town centre.

Location in the heart of Liverpool was excellent for a team cricket trip. Big property where we had 13 people staying in comfort. Hosts were very approachable and assisted as required.

Pillows were a bit hard, other than that nothing to complain about at all.

Kitchen - many problems -it wasn’t clear from the description it was in the basement and therefore without a window . Cooking smells stagnated despite the fan.Had we known this and the fact that the living room was also in the basement we would not have booked the property so we feel the property is misrepresented. The living room was next to the kitchen in the basement and the window was absolutely filthy. The dirt of it was the first thing we all noticed when we walked into the room. There were clumps of cobwebs and litter as well and the fact that they were generally needing washed .This was the same as most of the windows in the house which really spoilt the bedrooms also. Some plates and bowls were still wet in the cupboard when we arrived and still had food smears on them -same with some glasses.Some utensils had dried on food on them. Cutlery was not clean either and had dried on food. The drawer was not clean and full of crumbs and bits of dried food etc. We had to put the dishwater on 3 times to was glasses, cups, bowls, plates and cutlery as well as the metal oven plates before we could use them to ensure that they were clean. There were no dishwasher tablets so we had to go out and buy them as well before we could even cook a meal. If we had known to bring our own we could’ve bought them when we were doing a food shop on the way to the house instead of having to go out again. We couldn’t find a corkscrew or bottle opener . Dishwater and sink smelt unclean Fridge was quite new as was microwave but both had not been cleaned out even though they weren’t very dirty -food traces still there Fridge beeped constantly after being closed for quite a few minutes not just a few seconds There were bananas left in the cupboard that were going mouldy that had not been thrown out by the cleaners. There was no guest book with instructions about recycling/rubbish details, directions or tourist info.
