Great size and location
A bit grubby in places and some things broken

The location, number of bedrooms and the lounge and kitchen in the basement was perfect for us.
The bathrooms and bed linen were clean but the property was dusty.
The showers were hot but when everyone had one at a similar time, the hot water system couldn’t cope and some were cold.

The property was very central and great for accessing the city centre. We had plenty of rooms and communal areas and bathrooms for our needs. Really great to have a couple of parking spaces. Communication was good and prompt throughout.
A few things like the freezer were broken and needed replacing. A bed frame was broken, we reported all these aspects so may be sorted now. For a large group there could have been additional glasses and other crockery.
