Beautiful hotel, providing that heritage experience loved the welcome ceremony and high tea!!!

On the expensive side but found it worth it, I found it better than similar star hotels which dont provide this extra cultural experience. Overall i really really lived it and would like to return if I come back to Jaipur

This was a great experience. We were greeted by lots of happy, polite and welcoming staff, we were given water and a juice during check in. We then had our head wrapped in an Indian turban type head piece and had flower petals thrown over us. It was so lovely. Room was great. Shower amazing. The facilities were excellent. Food at the buffet great too.

We were told that the upstairs restaurant was fine dining, but the portions were so big! Anyway food was great and it looks brilliant.

Magnificent property, wonderful staff!

This is a magnificent hotel! The grounds, the inner courtyard, the rooftop bar / restaurant, the rooms, all fabulous. The inner courtyard is just stunning! The staff are out of this world - they honestly cannot do enough for you,yet are never in the way! I had an issue which needed a police report (nothing connected to this hotel) but their head of security just stepped right in and helped me to sort it, which I could never have done alone. My wife loved their masala chai, so the chai chap showed her how to make it, and even gave her a small jar of his home made spice mix! We got special cocktails made for us by their chief mixologist - a couple of them on the house - because we engaged with these wonderful folks! The place was just beautiful, but the staff made it very special. Shout out to Anjali, Hitesh, Shashank and Sunil.

The only gripe we had was that the corridors were freezing! The AC was set so low, and this cold air creeped into the rooms, so it was impossible to get the rooms warm, and as we were there in Jan with outside temp at night dropping to 10C, this was a bit of an issue.

Exceptional hotel with outstanding staff

This is an incredible property where great care is taken to ensure the guests feel comfortable and looked after. I’ve stayed in hundreds, if not thousands of hotels and I would rate the staff here as up amongst the best. Whoever has done the staff training has done a brilliant job. Without exception they were happy, super friendly, courteous and couldn’t have done more to help. Facilities and room were great. Lovely pool and gym has plenty of equipment. Rooftop bar is lovely for a sundowner and the breakfast has plenty of variety.

The very loud party / celebration directly outside our bedroom window on the 2nd night. This is the only reason why I haven’t given 10 stars

Amazing and royal stay.

The property is well built, artistic and gives out the royal vibes. Super friendly and helpful staff. The property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. Spa was exceptional.

The location is not great as you to travel a bit to reach the pink city, forts etc.

Palatial Stay

We loved having breakfast on the roof terrace, due to a wedding party taking up the usual breakfast space. The hotel feels just like staying in a palace hotel. Facilities and rooms are very clean and well set up. My husband was able to work easily from the room. There was a wedding happening while we stayed and we enjoyed watching the events taking place and seeing all the setups for different days. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel is located a little bit far from the city tourist attractions and in traffic can take over an hour to reach the city palace and the Amber fort.

Excellent

We stayed as a last minute family getaway. They were a few things that could be improved but the propery is beautiful, gym facilities as I like working out was better than the pictures and finally the service. We got assisted by I believe who is the manager here, Anjali along with another lady and she especially went all out in doing things for us. That makes up for the few minor things and makes this a 5 star experience. Excellent stay, will come back. The breakfast was superb too, being generally a healthy eater, good variety of fruits, yogurt etc.

The only improvement would be perhaps the small things and being really picky here, like asking for orange juice a few times, missing bowls for fruit bar, air conditioning in the room and tv remote not really working from a distance. However when these were highlighted they were sorted out immediately.

Beautiful building, restaurant was phenomenal for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was clean and the facilities were elite.

It is people that make all the difference

The design and architecture are spectacular, and the food was very tasty. What stands out is the staff that are super friendly and motivated without exception and make this such a special stay for their guests. We felt very welcome!

It would be nice to have more restaurant options. The hotel is quite a bit outside of town even though it is close to the airport.

Wonderful stay during Diwali

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The architecture is gorgeous and comfortable, and everything is decorated very beautifully and tastefully. Our room was spacious and very pleasant to be in. We loved the amenities, including the swimming pool. We also had a lot of fun at the Diwali celebration. But what made the stay truly special was the kindness and attention of the staff. Everyone who we talked with was so welcoming and warm, they truly went the extra mile. It was by far the best hospitality I ever encountered in a hotel that I stayed at.

The hotel is located a bit further away from the city center, which made traveling to the attractions a little difficult. But the hotel car service was very good, and I highly recommend booking a car.

Breakfast and Dinner. Coctails were good. Bakery was average. Special mention of Paras who took good care and made it a good experience.

Housekeeping was below standard. Cleaning of floor was not done properly, tissue paper box was not refilled and the baby cot had spiders and spider webs. The steam room was not working.

Overall, I will only stay at the Hyatt Regency whenever I am in Jaipur.

Breakfast was amazing. The ambiance was fantastic and we loved the afternoon tea time. The woman who showed us around the hotel was fantastic. Highly recommend going to The Pink Bar for a golden hour drink.

There were all of these fun crafts at tea time, but some of the vendors were a little pushy about wanting a tip before doing the craft. Make sure to bring some cash.

Beautiful hotel, quite a distance out of Jaipur but the setting make it worth the trek

Architecture and the decor of the property was stunning. Especially the pavilions on the roof terrace. Made for some excellent photos. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Made us feel very special. Rooms were great.

Difficulty with ordering room service. Was a little far out of Jaipur so added quite a lot to our travel time due to traffic for the sights of Jaipur and Amber.

Majestic place, where the guests are treated like royalty

The whole property was beautifully made and every corner felt like something out of a fairytale. I also wanted to mention some exceptional hotel staffs that made our stay even more special. Raghav from the North Club restaurant who gave us excellent recommendations on the menu and area. Rohit from Shrot who made my breakfast experience seamless as I had a 2 year old toddler to feed. Prabha from the Royal Bakery and bar, for her great service and hospitality. Just overall the welcome experience of the scarf to the tea time experience with little handicraft sections and Chai station really made our stay memorable. Thank you team Hyatt Regency Mansarovar! We can’t wait to come back!

: Honestly, had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. First off, the rooms were nothing like what we expected. They're not in the main hotel building but in some random annexe — and that info wasn’t clear at all while booking. Felt a bit cheated. Room service was super slow — took over an hour just to get ice, and apparently, they don’t even have proper ice buckets. The AC in the room didn’t work properly, and the place wasn’t senior-citizen friendly at all (lots of stairs, no easy access). The staff seemed confused and completely untrained — no one really knew what was going on. Swimming pool looked dirty so we didn’t even bother using it. And the location? Way too far from the city — not convenient at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously step up their service and fix these basic issues.
