A nice relaxing luxury get away

The property is beautiful...the rooms are gorgeous as is the ambience. The mornings are especially lovely, as the property is set amidst the hills and the views are amazing.

The adventure activities are very basic. Suitable to young kids more than any other age group. The food is OK- nothing out of the ordinary.

Go for the Taj hospitality and Service.

Taj hospitality and service, the support staff was attentive and courteous. The pool was nice and had a great view of the sunset.

We had an all-inclusive (breakfast, lunch and dinner) package, the buffet spread was pretty average given it is a 5-star hotel, the happy hour drinks were a little watered-down compared to when you go outside of happy hour. I tried both.

Beautiful surroundings, great facilities, great staff, abundance of food options big spacious rooms.

Poor facilities for 3rd person staying in the room which is advertised to accommodate 3 people. Providing a camp bed option was not sufficient. Need to look into provide a more comfortable option.

Amazing hospitality and the resort is well maintained, along with great food.

Not really a problem of the property but the drive to the resort makes you anxious as to get there you need to pass a village and it’s full of trash.

Great resort and facilities just outside Jaipur

Nice, well-designed and clean resort hotel. Grounds are extensive with good cart transfers around the resort. The spa facilities and treatments were excellent, as was the infinity pool area. Mandala bar is cool and serves good quality drinks.

Location a bit further out from Jaipur. There was a large wedding taking place during our stay, staff seemed overwhelmed at times.

Beautiful stay 😍

What can I say it was an amazing 4 day nights stay. Me and my family enjoyed the hospitality that the staff provided special the door man who was so welcoming. Big thank you to Rajesh, Kamal, Kamlesh for helping with my wife with her wheelchair she is so very greatful, and not forgetting Rahul & Tanya for making our beds with beautiful decorations. It will be an unforgettable experience thank you x

location , nicely maintained , staff super welcoming , beautiful rooms . Reception staff welcoming and efficient .

staff in restaurant , ( vroom ) where breakfast is served were slow and food took an age to arrive and cold . but this was more of a problem with lunch , not with breakfast and dinner . However they took note once the issue was raised .

Memorable Family Experience!

The Staff across the hotel was very kind and helpful. I would like to mention Robin Thakur who was the Duty Manager, he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. It was a wonderful experience interacting with him and I would like to thank him on behalf of my family as well.

Can visit VYOM again but would NOT STAY WITH TAJ DEVI RATN AGAIN.

Special compliments to the staff of VYOM. Mr Manvendra and the Chef serving us dinner on 01 Oct were extremely accommodating. They made sure we felt at home and prepared the food as per our requirements . Both deserve appreciation for their positivity and energy.

The checkout experience was extremely poor and spoilt the taste of the entire trip to the property. Mr Womil/ wozmil who checked us out was rude , insensitive and ignorant of his surroundings. His attitude was unwelcoming and arrogant. Poor show by him. His behaviour has led us decide not to visit this property again.

I went for 3 days and extended my stay to 1 whole week!

I was travelling with my Pet. So I really appreciated that they had a Pet Area for dogs to play/run around. They even provided a bed, some packed pet food on day 1 and some pet accessories. Small gestures go a long way. The staff was really warm towards my dog as well, which made him happy too! Apart from that, the hotel had a lot of open green space to walk. The staff was really kind and attended to every need. The room, service standards were all great! On departure the thoughtfulness of packing me a meal-to-go was kind. I will be coming back again!

The desserts could be better done as per Taj standards. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Devi Ratn resort and spa jaipur. I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need.The room was luxurious, clean and comfortable with breathtaking view of the surroundings. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team esp Mr JAI , who from the beginning till end took complete care of us with a personal touch.I highly recommend all to surely visit this elite resort for a memorable experience.

While ordering for single meal , chappatis given are just 1(i/2). Should be atleast 2 full chappatis( 4 half pieces).

We recently stayed at Taj Devi Ratn for the third time in the past year, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Every time we have traveled, it has been with our child—and the hospitality extended by the entire team has always made our stay truly special and comfortable. A heartfelt thanks to Manvendra, Saurabh, and Jasmine at the restaurant for their attentive service and warm demeanor—they ensured every meal was delightful. Special appreciation to Robin and Kanika Mathur, who are doing a fantastic job managing the property. Their attention to detail, courteous approach, and constant willingness to help made a big difference to our overall experience. The team consistently goes above and beyond, making each visit feel like a homecoming. We’re already looking forward to planning our next staycation at Taj Devi Ratn!

The property is good and well maintained, but it lacked the hospitality and core values of Taj.

The property is very well maintained and rooms are spacious and good. Most of the staff is good and helpful.

Although the property is amazing there are many flaws which stops it becoming a typical 5 star Taj resort. 1. Rules are not for everyone, in the pool area photography is prohibited but that is only valid for few people who listen. Rest every aunty around the pool will click pictures and no staff will bother them. 2. Frequent light cuts and power fluctuations at night. Which is very irritating at times. 3. On weekends the breakfast is extremely crowded and the staff is not able to handle orders as well as the guests. The loud and noisy guests and families are catered first and you will be ignored.

The location of the hotel is out of the city so you have absolute calm and peace without the incessant hooting. The spa treatments were excellent.

A stunning resort offering an inclusive experience.

The property and its facilities are beautiful. What made the resort spectacular for us was their inclusion policies. My son is profoundly deaf and he was ecstatic to meet staff at the resort who used sign language to communicate. Some of these staff members were deaf themselves and others were well versed in sign language. A special thank you to Dilraj, Golu and Ayush for enhancing our experience at the resort. Thank you the staff managing the leisure facilities too. We had forgotten arm bands for my son and they were happy to lend us some. This is the first resort that has done so without any additional charges!
