Sleeps 10 in 5 bedroom 3 full bathrooms. Two King suites, one king room, one double twin room, one queen room. Carolina Panthers game room with foosball table, pool table,ping pong top and TV. Living room with large TV. Fully fenced back yard. 1 mile to beach and Surfside pier. Convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping. Easy to get onto both Bypass 17 and Business 17 for easy trips north or south. Outdoor smoking ONLY. There is a covered screen porch for convenience and comfort even in rain. The property was nice and well stocked. Plenty of space for our dogs and children. We enjoyed the home as much as the area. Game room was nice, our teenagers had easy access to play their games, sleeping areas were nice with plenty of bathrooms. We grilled out at the house two nights and generally had a great time. I would recommend this home.

This property is awesome. It's 8 miles from a supercharger and 8 miles the other way from the Huntington Beach Access. Front Porch is GREAT and keeps out the bugs. The house has great water pressure and new appliances. The accents and furniture are amazing. The AC is new. We didn't use the hottub, because we were at the beach. Our dog loved smelling all the new smells in the backyard. The owners were completely available at all times.

Wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood, short distance for groceries, restaurants and other conveniences. Short golf cart ride to the beach. House was very roomy, clean, private, game room was a fun touch for a movie night! Would stay there again!
