We really enjoyed staying at the Villas at the Palmas de Cortez. The property was quiet and clean and close to the beach, pools, restaurant and bars. The property manager helped us rent a quad which made traversing the town and landscape easy. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The host was quick with communication and accommodating with early and late check-outs. The unit itself was well-appointed with amenities. We recommend this property and would stay here again.

The location is great, you're basically on the beach. The 2 pools are also nice, and having a place to sit by the pool under an umbrella is an added bonus.The apartment is exactly as advertised, the kitchen is very well equipped and the AC the fans were able to handle the 36 (Celsius -- 97 Fahrenheit) pretty well.There are 2 beach chairs which were put into daily use.Kelli is very quick to respond to any question, and also provided very good recommendations.We've had a great time and would recommend the place.

The studio apartment was very well provisioned. Everything you could ask for was provided. The bed was very comfortable! The property was a bit dated and the pool area could use some updates but that’s really nitpicking and not something the unit owner is responsible for. We enjoyed the short walk to the pickleball courts and the easy walk to the market and various restaurants.
