Geen schoonmaak gedurende onze periode. Geen schone lakens en handdoeken .kleine badkamer

Gut gefunden. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Persönliche Einweisung. Im Wohngebiet. Bergab ca 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Bergauf, heimwärts wohl länger ;). Viele Tavernen, Cafés etc im Ort. 3 Häuser mit Themen-Namen. Wir hatten „Meer“ (das blaue Haus). Schön und neu. Innovativ eingerichtet. Alles da, bis auf eine 2. Sonnenliege. Grill mit Sitzgelegenheit, Terrasse mit Esstisch und Stühlen. Elektrische Markise. Bett im oberen (eingezogenen) Geschoss über Treppe erreichbar. TV nur GR Programme- für uns nicht relevant, weil wir sowieso draußen waren. Parken im Hof. Angenehmes Wohnen inmitten Wohnviertel.

Το σπιτάκι βρίσκεται πολύ κεντρικά, αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε μια ήσυχη γραφική γειτονιά, απολαύσαμε πολύ την τοποθεσία! Είναι άνετο, ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο,πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με κάθε μικροσυσκευη που μπορεί να χρειαστεί ο ταξιδιώτης, από σιδερώστρα, σίδερο κ σεσουάρ μέχρι φούρνο, εστίες, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων όλα τα σκεύη ,απλώστρα και μανταλάκια. Ο κήπος και η βεράντα μας έδιναν την αίσθηση ότι είμαστε στο εξοχικό μας💖Νιώθαμε πλήρως αυτονομοι, αλλά παράλληλα ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν κοντά μας κάθε ώρα κ στιγμή, άμεσα, να μας προσφέρει καθαρές πετσετες κ κλινοσκεπασματα, να μας καθοδηγήσει για τις παραλίες, τα ταβερνάκια κ τα αξιοθέατα της περιοχης και να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη μας! Είναι ένα κατάλυμα κόσμημα για την περιοχή, συγχαρητήρια!

Μας τα χάλασε λίγο ο καιρός 😅αλλά ευτυχώς το σπίτι ήταν τόσο τέλειο που δεν μας πτόησε καθόλου! Επίσης η περιοχή υστερεί σε υποδομές κ σε θάλασσα έναντι των γειτονικών της περιοχών (Ερέτρια, Αλιβέρι, Αλμυροπόταμο, Λευκαντί). Όμως το κατάλυμα είναι τόσο value for money που αξίζει να μένεις εδώ κ να κάνεις μικρές αποδρασεις στις γύρω περιοχές,οι αποστάσεις είναι πολύ μικρες.

The location was new, spacious, confortable, the utilities worked well.

It was not announced that there was no daily room service. When the trach can was full, I didn't know where to empty it. I asked the host via message where to empty the trash. The answer was: ''I dont't undestand the question''! Finally he agreed to come and ampty the trash can. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, it should have been changed. The toilet bowl was dirty, with uncleaned stone. Moreover, the drain pipe was partially clogged, the water alnoust filled the bowl and was slowly, draining out. I didn't complain anymore, worked for an hour and unblocked the drain, otherwise the excrement would have floated... On the other hand, the towels were never changed... Last night I couldn't sleep at all, music played at maximum volume kept me awake! Otherwise, everything was good....
