The staff is very friendly, but the best thing is the villa itself, the views from the pool, and of course the bathroom—it's amazing. We're delighted. The only thing I haven't mentioned is the breakfast; the boxes are very limited, and they don't give you fresh juice or coffee, but otherwise, everything is great.

My stay at Wood Ganesha Ubud was honestly very comfortable. Everything was super clean, the location was beautiful, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout the stay. They arranged everything exactly the way I requested, and I truly appreciated the effort they put in for my wife’s birthday surprise
The only small thing I personally felt was regarding the decoration pricing for the birthday setup. While everything was nicely arranged, I felt the decoration charges were a little on the higher side for what was done, and there wasn’t much flexibility in negotiating that part
