Madhawa Ubud Villa & Spa

Very lovely and welcoming family. Yunik was so lovely and she made the holiday pleasant for us. The driver Kadek was also great and very patient when driving us to places. He would wait outside an activity for multiple hours till we were done and then take us to our next destination. The breakfast was very tasty especially the rice and pancakes. The fruit was also fresh and tasty. The villa was stunning and also very clean. The laundry washing was also very cheap. I would highly recommed staying here. It looks exactly the same as the pictures online.

No complaints. You can expect a couple of insects but nothing crazy

El encanto y cariño que ponen sus dueños al recibirte en un lugar tan especial es maravilloso. La villa es preciosa y muy cómoda. Su piscina en plena vegetación es espectacular. Todo está cuidadísimo y muy nuevo. Ofrecen un excelente desayuno que te llevan a la habitación a la hora acordada. Maravilloso todo.

Location and approach

Place is great and with good taste. Although in location like this where there is a lot of flies and ants is required housekeeping every day (collecting the trash, changing towels). We used same pool towels for all our stay (5nights). For the money and standards that should be done daily. Toilet paper have not been restock during our stay. No hot water in the kitchen - we cleaned the dishes in the bathroom (there we had hot water). Family was nice and helpful with check in, but too pushy with taxi services by the husband. Id recommend to improve english to help communicate with the Guests.
