Leaving it within the first 30 minutes..
The rat poo. Dirt under bed. Broken aircon. Ants throughout the room. Lack of accessibility to someone who could help.

Very nice getaway and got nice massages. Staff were very helpful and very quick to respond.

The bath was nice and big. The bed was comfortable. Very noisy at night due to frogs and crickets in the rice field — hard to sleep.
The villa didn’t look exactly like the photos. No proper reception or check-in process. Staff were often unavailable when we had questions or needed help. The location made it a bit difficult for Gojek pickups.
