About this house rental
Enjoy a beautifully furnished, townhome in the Mauna Lani Resort where tropical birds and wildlife abound in the lush garden setting. This townhome has its own gated courtyard and lives like a private home. As you enter through the homes courtyard, you are met with a sun-filled tropical landscape that leads to the front door. This intentional design is one of many found throughout this townhouse that offers a place to sit and enjoy the environment.
Once through the double doors you will enter into a bright and spacious living room with wood floors, one-of-a-kind-art, large smart flat screen TV, and high end designer furniture. The living room has one of four private lanai's that lead to outdoor entertaining spaces including dining and BBQ.
The Islands community is bordered by the 15th and 16th fairways of the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course and minutes to the private owners Kaanapali Beach Club and restaurant. Guests have the option to drive to the beach club and use the private access card to enter for free parking or enjoy a stroll through the ancient ponds that lead to the Beach Club. From the home, guests can take a short walk through the ancient Hawaiian trails to the native fish ponds and cabanas and beach.
Minutes from world class golf at the Mauna Lani courses and walking distance to the grocery store, shops, and dining make this vacation rental ideal for those who want to waste no time in a car. Guests can also take a short drive to Hapuna beach and the Mauna Kea Resort, the Kings shopping center and Hilton Waikoloa resort and more.
A cooks heaven is found in the newly renovated kitchen with state of the art appliances, that include a new stainless steel sink, stove top, oven and microwave. The new sparkling white quartz counter tops and white glass backsplash united with beautiful blue cabinets, setting an appetite to cook the moment groceries are unloaded. This spacious kitchen overlooks the dining room with a counter bar for lucky guests who sit and relax as they watch a meal's preparation.
A set of stairs just past the kitchen and next to the guest bathroom, laundry room and garage entrance, lead to a landing where a cozy nook embraces a trundle bed that sleeps two.
In addition to the new furnishings, the two spacious king en suites have been renovated offering soaking tubs and glassless showers. Plenty of closet space, a private lanai with comfortable out door seating, flat screen smart TV's, fans and brand new Westin Heavenly bed mattresses! What a lovely property, nothing but positive feedback. Location was great, very easy walk to grocery store and restaurants. Beach chairs, snorkel fins/masks and much more was a nice touch! Everyone had more than enough space, comfortable beds, beautiful new upstairs bathrooms. You will not be disappointed! Donna the property manager was easy to communicate with, very prompt with responses.

As listing states K2 was spacious, beautifully furnished, super clean,comfortable and up to date except perhaps the two nice and the large master bathrooms can be updated. The kitchen is fun. The view of the yard with the birds was great.Although possible you cannot really walk to dining, shopping or to the beaches so a vehicle would be desirable. Access to the beach club is wonderful but you really need to drive up there.

Property and location were great, however the property manager billed us over $700 at the end of our stay over a dispute with respect to the wifi. We didn’t have proper wifi and are expected to pay the bill for this inconvenience. Property manager was misleading not telling us of this charge until we returned home. Poorly managed by the property manager. Unfortunate way to end our stay.
