OM A6 Gruene Haus at Old Mills Resort
3/3 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd Master: King. 3rd bedroom loft: Queen. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No smoking. 2 Dogs allowed under 40lbs, $25 per day per dog. MUST BE 25 to rent. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our luxurious 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.
This fabulous fully furnished beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with all the amenities a doting traveler would expect! The spacious living room has a large flat screen Smart TV that is equipped with cable as well as a brand new queen sofa sleeper. The brand new dining table has 4 chairs and a bench. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.

To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
