This was my 2nd time to stay in this condo and it is perfect!! We parked on Friday and didnt move the truck until we left on Monday. Plenty of restaurants, shops and live music all within walking distance, and the patio is the icing on the cake!!

We were in New Braunfels to watch my son and his band play at Gruene Hall but came a few days early to get some R&R. the location could not have been better. The whole band was staying with us and the huge patio made a great makeshift practice space, to the delight of some of our neighbors who were really cool. The pool is steps away from the front door and the river is a short walk down the hill. Live music is a 2 to 10 minute walk in any direction. Gruene Grove is literally next door, Guene Hall is a 1 minute walk past that. The Villa is a 5 min walk the other direction. There are probably 4 or 5 other live music venues within another 2, 3 minute walk. Interior was great management went out of their way reach out and make sure we had everything we needed prior to us arriving, even let my son check in a little early. We choose this place largely for the location but also because it is pet friendly and we could bring our dog. Can't say enough good things about this place. Could not have been happier!

Location was great! Walking distance to Gruene Hall, The Gristmill, shopping and other dining and entertainment venues! Beautiful views! Best of all, very clean and well-kept condo.

Very convenient to restaurants and entertainment. However the property is need of some maintenance, balcony could use some new outside furniture and paint, the poolside tables and chairs could be upgraded. It’s just run down for over 500 a night
