Zasadniczo wszystko zgoenie z oczekiwaniami.
Właściciel obiektu ma problem z własną instalacją elektryczną. Prawie każde obciążenie powyżej ca. 800 W wywołuje wyłączenie zabezpieczeń prądowych, i to nie w apartamecie ale w zbiorczej szafie pietro niżej. Na dłuższą metę jest to uciążliwe. W sezonie zimowym (ogrzewanie) i letnim (klimatyzacja) bedzie mocno przeszkadzało... ca. 15-20 wyłączeń i spacerów po schodach gora - dół w trakcie tygodniowego pobytu to dosyć dużo...

La posizione è fantastica vicino alla stazione e alle principali attrazioni di Roma. L'appartamento è molto bello
L' illuminazione dentro casa è scarsa soprattutto se devi truccarti in bagno. Si sente molto il traffico e i vicini che l' ultima sera erano scatenati. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la TV ma nessuno si è fatto vivo quindi non l' abbiamo usata. Le persiane sono difficili da aprire e chiudere. I rubinetti dei sanitari fanno cadere l'acqua dall' alto che poi schizza ovunque.

El apartamento ha superado completamente nuestras expectativas: desde la buena y rápida comunicación con el propietario hasta los pequeños detalles como el té, el café y los productos de higiene del baño. Cuando llegamos, el sofá cama estaba preparado y en general el apartamento estaba super limpio y cuidado. La ubicación también es fantástica. Sin duda, lo recomendamos al 100%
