The location, terrace, plants, clean place. Had all the necessary amenities. Quiet neighbourhood with ample of parking space. The Riva and old town was a short stroll from the apartment. Good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and takeaways in the neighbourhood too.
Everything was just fine. It had everything in place that a family would need for a comfortable stay when on holiday.

Ana la propriétaire est adorable et très disponible. Le logement est très confortable et impeccable. Tout est neuf.
Tout est très bien! Je précise qu’il faut environ un quart d’heure à pied pour se rendre au sein de la vieille ville ( Palais de Diocletien, place de la République, rues commerçantes, port…) Il y a quelques restaurants autour du logement, et un centre commercial pas loin.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had regarding the property or organising a trip for us from a local agency. The property is incredibly clean and the back garden is a lovely touch. The apartment is a short walk from all the restaurants. We were greeted with a welcome book that had recommendations of local restaurants, tours or beaches to go to. The whole experience was effortless and thoroughly enjoyable.

The apartment was excellent and exceeded expectations based on its pictures. Ana was an excellent host; she met us upon arrival, reserved a parking spot for us, and oriented us about the apartment. We found the apartment to be very comfortable, well-looked-after, quiet, safe, and conveniently located to key attractions and beaches in Split. I would book it again next time I visit Split.
