The property is located in the city centre just one street away from the main shopping street and something like 300 meters away from the beach. It is a cozy apartment in an old building, where you can enjoy a feeling of authenticity of living in the historical part of Sanremo. It is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, including air conditioner, washing machine and oven. The equipment and the furniture are not the newest, but in a very good condition. Great thanks to the host, who supported us with all the things and reacted immediately whenever we had a problem. Unfortunately, we had never ever meet him in person (which made a communication with the helping person who does not speak english or german a bit more complicated), but have got the contact via private messages. So, in overall we have had a very nice time there.

There are to many steps to climb to the 2nd floor where the apartment is. There is no elevator, which makes it difficult to bring the luggage up and down. There was also a problem to switch on the light in the hallway when you go out of the apartment (the switch which we have found was available only at the entrance door downstairs).
