Yosemite was overwh elmingly incredible and this little gem just topped off the holiday.

Location to Yosemite was not to far. It felt like they thought of everything you need in the house, even down to ziplock bags for sandwiches etc, board games in the coffee table.

We didn’t get to stay there long enough :(. as we fell in love with Yosemite and this house.

1. Adorable property, super comfortable and homey with well equipped amenities, furnitures, and all necessary equipments, kitchenware etc. 2. Host was super helpful to answer all the questions. Game room was awesome. 3. Close to downtown Groveland and one hour to Yosemite makes it a great midpoint. The Pine Mountain Lake area itself was very laidback and relaxing. 4. AC temperature was great and very quite. (high tech) 5. Spacious master bathroom and bedroom. Shower head was very strong and relaxing like a spa. 6. Pet friendly! Wild dears on site :) 7. Kitchen and living room area was modern, spacious and suits large group gathering. 8. Balcony facing a forest and was super relaxing. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would highly recommended.

1. Under the sofa was not clean. There were some insects like mosquitoes due to mountain area which was expected but maybe some pest control would help. 2. Wish there was onsite breakfast/food within walking distance.

Can we stay forever, please?

Spacious, extremely well equipped (we travel a lot and it’s best equipped house we rented so far), surrounded by nature in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the host was easy and they provided all the details upfront. There is nothing we didn’t like apart from the fact we had to leave - we could easily stay there forever.

Fabulous!!!

We fell in love with this home the moment we walked through the door! Beautiful leather couch and love seats surrounded by the perfect decor! The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances, dinnerware and equipment! Wonderful beds and shower! The garage is set up with game tables. There isn't a thing we'd change! We needed to contact the Vacasa property manager because the patio was still covered for the winter. The weather was warm and the patio is as awesome as the inside of the home. Richard came the next day and took care of everything! Not only that, but he came back with a gift from the homeowners to make up for the inconvenience. Thank you, Karen, for the gift! It is obvious you take pride in your home and we are delighted that you are willing to share it through Vacasa! And, Richard, it is obvious you care about your guests and their comfort and satisfaction! It was a pleasure to meet you and we hope to return again in the future!

Había que hacer un largo recorrido desde el control de entrada hasta la vivienda, una vez pagados los 50$, nos habría gustado poder entrar más fácil, las siguientes .

La tranquilidad del lugar

Las fotos de la casa deberán estar hechas hace tiempo, porque ahora no es igual. Tiene desgaste en los muebles, ventanas, etc. La limpieza brilló por su ausencia. Pese a comunicarlo al propietario, se negaron a hacer cualquier compensación por la falta evidente de limpieza. La casa está al final de la urbanización, tienes que pagar 50$ por aparcar (no lo indican en la reserva). Y al estar al final, se pierde mucho tiempo en salir y entrar. Hay opciones mejores en la misma urbanización.

Wunderbar! Ein zu Hause im Urlaub!

Die Anlage ist toll, der See zum Baden und die Rehe, die einen besuchen kommen. Das Haus selber ist sehr großzügig mit einer schönen Terrasse. Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Mit allem, was man braucht in der Küche. Viele Handtücher und eine Garage mit Tischtennisplatte und weiterer Ausstattung. Hier kann man es wirklich sehr gut aushalten! Einfach schön! Die Kinder liebten es!

Generell war es zwar sauber aber ein paar Schubladen in den Schlafzimmern waren schmutzig und mit Müll von den Vermietern. Die Dusche in einem Bad ist defekt.
