The property is excellent. A cute little house, clean and neat, very well stocked and equipped kitchen. This is a property located inside a gated community, which isn't clear from the listing.Two issues:- The address given in the check-in email was wrong. It led us to an owners-only gate. We had to backtrack to the correct address in the pitch black.- The organization that runs this gated community, which includes amenities like tennis courts and swimming pools, charges a mandatory 50 fee to all short-term renters, renewed every 7(?) days. This wasn't disclosed in the listing.

House was nice but getting to it was a pain. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. If you plan on cooking, bring everything you’ll need.
