I stayed at Moulmein Studios for just over a month in January and February 2026, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The pre‑arrival information was superb — clear, detailed, and incredibly helpful. We arrived late at night and were able to access the property seamlessly thanks to the instructions provided. The building is managed by KC Serviced Apartments, and Cathy, the property manager, was outstanding throughout my stay. She was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating with any requests. We didn’t require frequent cleaning, and she was happy to work around our schedule. Each time the apartment was cleaned, it was spotless, fully topped up, and felt like new again. The apartment itself was very well equipped and comfortable for a long stay. The location is excellent — just 19 metres from a bus stop with direct routes to Orchard Road and Marina Bay Sands, and only a 600‑metre walk to Novena MRT and the surrounding malls. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Moulmein Studios again for any future long‑term stays in Singapore.
