Welcome to Paradise at the Palisades! Peaceful, private & secluded, this gated waterfront home boasts breathtaking views of Lake Wylie with privacy all around. Every room provides spectacular views, from its bright open floorplan to the upstairs covered veranda off of the loft. It's a stay-vacation!

Special features: renovated Gourmet Kitchen w/ exquisite granite countertops, Gas Cooktop & Double Ovens; the main floor Primary Bedroom features private lake views, built-ins, tray ceiling & renovated en-suite bathroom w/sauna, oversized shower & stunning design options. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from your in-ground pool (16x8 plunge pool), veranda, dock, beautifully landscaped yard, or anywhere in the home. Oversized 2-car garage. Fabulous location! Nearby dining, airport, schools.
Yes, we are pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee of *$100.00, per pet, for guests staying with a pet. Please message us with information regarding your pets age, size and breed. There is a 20lb limit per pet.
The fourth bedroom listed is actually an open loft with no door, containing two bunk beds.

We had a wonderful, long weekend with our family at Paradise at Palisades. The house is spacious and well-stocked. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and kayaking on the lake. Great place to stay!

Property was average. Landscaping was overgrown, multiple items not in working order(i.e. umbrella, leaking ceiling, jacuzzi covered and it appears non functioning for a period of time, carpets with stains throughout home, slime green moss or mold beneath patio furniture on carpet and bed spreads with multiple stains. Property manager did replace be spreads with new ones on 1st day.
