Victorian Villa Escape is a private waterfront estate with spectacular views of Lake Wylie. Host your weekend getaway here! We've converted this charming 1900's Victorian Bed and Breakfast into a single family home and it is the perfect location for your next family reunion/bachlorette party/relaxing vacation. Perfectly situated less than 15 minutes from Charlotte uptown, 10 minutes from the airport, and tucked away in a quiet, secluded cove. While quirky and expansive, the entire home and attached apartment has been recently renovated with brand new beds, appliances, linens and towels. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from our lakeside gazebo. Swim or float right from our dock. We can also heat the pool most of year (please ask about rates and availability). Come see the charm and beauty that Lake Wylie has to offer. Bring your own boat or ask about our pontoon rental :) Pontoon holds 10 people and can be rented from us right from the dock.

Very nice and clean. Plenty of rooms but lots of doors and steps. Everything was great. Ice machine and OS water was nice to have. Wished for a big family table but everyone found a seat and table somewhere. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only 20 minutes to church, grocery store, Handel’s ice cream, Davis park (tennis and pickle ball courts and playground) lots of pool toys and games

This was our second stay at this property. We absolutely love this property and everything that goes with it. Communication is great with any questions, issues etc. The amenities to this property are above and beyond any other home that we have stayed at. A treasure of a find for our family. We plan to return again in the future.

This was our second time staying in this house and it did not disappoint! Since our last stay in June of 2022, Steve has made some wonderful improvements and additions to the property. It is very spacious and it is a great location right on the lake. We could not ask for a better house for our family vacation!

The property was amazing. We were a large family group with all ages. We enjoyed the space, the house, the pool, the boat, and all the extras.
