About this house rental
This is an Amazing Lake House!
Easily accommodates your family. All new beds and luxury bedding, towels, etc. 2 Spacious kitchens. Kids will want to be in the huge pool all day playing volleyball. Adults will enjoy the spa.
The layout is great for entertaining or just relaxing. 8,000sf consisting of 8 bedrooms on 4 floors each with a living room and a wall mounted TV. On main level dining for 26 - kitchen has two long tables that seat 12 easily + folding table that seats 6 + bar that seats 2 + porch table that seats 6. At pool level dining table seats 6 + bar that seats 2 +game room table for 4 + another game room bar table for 2.
Spacious and inviting entryway, a master suite with his and her bathrooms, a large kitchen with double ovens. It is fully stocked. or really just order pizza. Supersized wall mounted TV in living room (floor 2). An adult floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, veranda, and living room and laundry room with new high end washer/dryer (floor 3). A kid floor with play area, TV, games, a barn for little ones, etc. One room has 2 bunk beds that can be separated (a full with a full trundle and two twins) as well as a queen bed and the other "kid" room has 2 Queen beds and a twin and the living space has a pull out sofa (floor 4)---find pak n plays on this level, too. Finished basement opens to the pool, second full kitchen, outdoor picnic area, and has a queen bed, twin daybed and sofa (floor 1). Exercise room with direct access to hot tub and pool. The oversized 2 car finished garage has a Tesla Charging Station and is currently being used for ping pong, video arcade, regulation pool table, 3-hole putt putt, foosball, giant jenga, and has a second new washer/dryer set. Outdoor in-ground basketball hoop.
Did we mention kids? Love them! Don't leave them home they'll miss out on a vacation of a lifetime.

This is a vacation rental so we don’t allow Weddings or parties. Family reunions OK. No HS youth groups or college parties. Holidays have a surcharge. Also the pool and hot tub can be heated for $100 per day. Discuss payment options with owner. We gladly rent our new pontoon boat.
Floor 1 is handicap accessible with full bathroom (shower) and queen bed and a twin daybed and sofa.

I was highly impressed with both the host (Rick) and the overall experience. Communication was exceptionally professional, prompt, and courteous throughout the entire stay, which made the process seamless and stress-free. The property itself was immaculate, thoughtfully organized, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed for comfort and convenience. It was evident that great attention to detail and hospitality went into preparing the space. The accommodations exceeded expectations and created a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend the property to anyone seeking a high-quality and enjoyable stay.

The host was the BEST we have ever had!! Speedy communicator and extremely accommodating. The house was so well stocked with everything a family gathering could need. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the house as well as the large pool, hot tub and boat!!!!

The house was very nice. The internet did not work, we contacted the owners, and they came to fix it. It seemed to be working when they came, but it did not work later that day, nor for the rest of our stay. The house seemed not to have been cleaned thoroughly before our stay. It is a large house and perfect for our family of 20. We would have liked TV's in all the bedrooms and the 4th floor especially, needed a better cleaning. The owners were very nice and even gave us some tips on places to go!
