The positives: The price is fantastic. GREAT location, easy access to everything, nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms spacious, bathrooms nice. We were there for a two day ski trip so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house. The negatives: This place needs some serious love and a deep cleaning. The large front and back widows only have blinds on the large frame, so the two side panels are never covered (if privacy is important to you). The kitchen is not well stocked, as advertised. We improvised a lot when cooking dinner at night. We discovered last minute that there was no gas in the gas grill. There was a charcoal grill there but we found no matches to light it. All the appliances need a scrub down, as well as the rest of the house. I kicked my glasses under the bed and seriously thought about throwing them out it was so dirty under there. I don’t know building code rules for Utah, but the electric panel in the downstairs bathroom is concerning, as well as the fact that there is no escape route (only small windows pretty high up) from the basement master bedroom suite. We travel a ton and this is not the worst place we have stayed, but I re-read the advertisement and it’s really misleading. I don’t understand any of the 10/10 reviews either; this is not a 10 by any stretch.
