The Magnolia - Sugar House/SLC

Looking for a calm and peaceful place to relax? Well you found it... Serenity and comfort is what you get what you stay at The Magnolia. This stylish and comfy space features sleeping arrangements for 6 and all of the things you need to make your stay one to remember.

Don't fall in love to hard, you will have to check out at some point! This is a 2 bedroom + 1 bath unit. Parking is located in the rear of the building. The Magnolia is equipped with everything you need for your stay! Guest can access the entire space! I give my guests space but am available when needed I am here for support.

My property manager or myself are always available, but we like to give you space! Conventionally located just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. This neighborhood is walkable, fun and near a ton of nightlife and restaurants! Rideshare Apps + public transit or walking! There is 1 additional nightly rental unit located in the same building. They units do not share any common space. The parking lot is the only area that is shared. There is also an Interior Design Studio located in the commercial unit in the front of the building. The Studio is closed at night.
