Three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen. We have four queen beds. The blue couch folds out into a full bed if needed. Washer & Dryer. Two great parks are a 5 min walk. Great for Grad Students, traveling Workers etc. 10 Min drive to Downtown Salt Lake City. Safe and affluent area.

The space

This is a Huge Home! With three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. Huge kitchen, Dining room, two living rooms (the front room can has a 15 Foot Couch and can easily accommodate 15 people) one casual one formal. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. It also has a very large fenced in backyard. Please clean up after your pets.
This is the top level of an up/down duplex, very spacious and well-lit.
The Attached basement Apartment is also available for an additional price if it is not already booked. Please let me know if you need the additional space when you contact me.
Very easy access to the freeway to exit/entry, Quiet street with awesome views.
Guest access
Private living space the attached apartment has is fully self contained and has a separate entrance.
Guests will have their own driveway for off street parking and on street parking is ample year round. If you need more than 2 parking spots, please let us know beforehand.
A washer/dryer set is also available for you to use. Tide and dryer sheets provided at no additional cost.

The neighborhood
We have a two parks one with free tennis courts a 10-minute walk down the street.
There is a historic wild growth off-leash dog park that is called "Tanner Park" that is a 5 minute walk from the front door. This dog park is one of a kind in the Salt Lake Valley. It has wild growth, mild hiking and dirt trails.
This is a great exclusive part of Salt Lake City called "The Canyon Rim" Millcreek area. Homes in this area are very expensive. We have great freeway access, to I-80 and to I-215
It's a really safe area with a lot of joggers and bikers.
The Largest Jewish community in the Salt Lake Area is very close: Congregation Kol Ami Congregation Kol Ami. 2425 Heritage Way, Salt Lake City, UT. Being that this Utah, it's also close to many LDS churches.
Getting around:
UBER works great in Salt Lake area average charge from here to downtown is $10-$15
Other things to note:
This is a very dog-friendly neighborhood, but please keep your dog, if you bring one, leashed at all times.
Pets? Cats must use a litter box. No Aggressive dogs that have any history of biting or Barking Excessively.

We had to make an unexpected trip to SLC for medical treatment but it was comforting to stay in this home during a stressful time. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and family friendly with a large off leash dog park just a few blocks away. Philip and Hannah were great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

This house is fabulous! We stayed here for one month during the holidays for a ski vacation. It was the perfect location, central to everything. Ten minutes from Millcreek Canyon where I did some winter hiking, many trail heads. 20-30 minutes from Deer Valley, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Ten minutes from city ski bus stop that takes you to the canyon ski resorts which is great when weather is bad and it was free with our ICON pass. Fifteen minutes from Salt Lake city, we went to the beautiful Temple Square Christmas lights and shopped at the world class City Creek Center. Ten minutes from University of Utah, we went to a couple basketball games and great restaurants in that area. Cinemark Sugarhouse Movie theatre with recliners five minutes from house.
The mountain views from the house are beautiful. We took many walks in the neighborhood. Loved the layout of the house. Vary spacious, nice big open kitchen, lots of daylight. Beds were all very comfortable. Philip and Hannah were great, they made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this house. We made many great memories and would stay again!

Great new furniture. Comfortable beds. Clean and simple. Spacious rooms, including the bathroom! Philip provided toiletries for my convenience, was easy to communicate with, and was on hand for any of my daily needs. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a spacious and well-lit basement apartment. It had everything I needed to relax or to cook myself a meal. The backyard is also very large and fenced in which my dog loved. I enjoyed my time here and would stay again.
