Excellent place if you want a peaceful rest. Away from it all - accessed through gorgeous narrow lanes. Easy access to Truro and surrounding areas.
Thermostat on cooker not working - burned first meal. Toaster control not working - burns or undercooks at random. Neither issue was a real problem.

It exceeded expectations: clean, tidy, range of utilities, large room providing sleeping area, dining and lounge area. Good sized and well equipped kitchen. Good sized shower room with toilet and washing area. Free parking. Location for peace and quiet 10/10 and not too long a drive to the coast and other major attractions. We left feeling sad but happy as we had an extremely enjoyable stay in Cornwall and a great place to come back on the evening to relax.
