The owner was friendly and did everything he could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The Hobbit Hole was warm, cosy and very charming.
We arrived in a storm so going to use the outside bathroom in the night was interesting…!

The most wondeful place, welcomed from the very beginning such lovely hosts.
For a relaxing getaway I would highly recommend. We stayed for a long weekend in July The Hobbit hole is done up to a very high standard, very clean & just an all round beautiful place.
My only negative is we didn't stay long enough, was sad to leave!

It’s beautiful, quiet and relaxing! We loved it thank you :) Close to lovely Perranporth Beach and the multiple shops in Truro.
We could have done with a fan, but that’s more to do with it being the hottest week of the year so far. I know you can’t control that!

Clean tidy and unique! Would definitely return
There wasn’t anything negative apart from the weather! It was a bit damp to sit outside!

Excellent location and such a lovely place to unwind for a few days. The family were so friendly and were available if we needed anything. However they allowed our privacy the whole time. No question that this was value for money.

It was cost inside
It advertised as a property with a bathroom, it doesn’t mention that bathroom is outside of the room. When we visited weather was really bad and we need to walk outside in a rain and wind in a middle of the night to the toilet. This same applies for a fridge

Perfect for a weekend get away! The hut is cosy and has a heater so it was lovely and warm. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay including towels and cleaning products. The owner was very welcoming and lovely to have a chat with. The view was lovely with a small lake and overlooking fields. The hut is lovely and whimsical and we would definitely come again!
Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for our stay and so the walk to the bathroom was a little chilly but that can’t be helped as we did come in January.

The location was excellent and will become even more accessible once the a30 works are complete in the coming months. The meadow view to wake up to was nice. We only wish we had spent a little more time there but it was quick visit for a wedding near by.
Only minor points were wet feet walking to the toilet in the night. A couple of stepping stones would be in keeping with the theme and help, but ultimately, it is lovely as it is.

Lovely hosts, dog friendly and nice enough spot away from the hectic towns.
Working dairy farm opposite which is loud (loud shot like sound every 30/40 minutes) which slightly takes away from the peace of the place.
Not very ‘private’ as such as you are in hosts back garden.

The Hobbit Hole is a great place to stay. We stayed from Mon-Fri and found it was the perfect location to explore a lot of Cornwall. So many beaches are only a 15 minute journey in the car. The hosts were lovely and informative, they made us feel incredibly welcome while also giving us privacy. The location of the Hobbit Hole within the property is set back with amazing views. If you enjoy nature this is the perfect stay, we had birds visiting and even had cows just in the next field. The bathroom is just outside of the hobbit hole, easy to get to and there are lights outside if you need to go during the night. Good facilities. Would highly recommend, very cosy little cabin - hopefully we’ll be returning one day!

Loved how unique and cute the place was. Very relaxing away from hometown and work. Quiet nights of sleep. Beautiful area.
We are used to a top of the range mattress so felt bed slightly hard but not a deal breaker to us

a secluded little haven but close to Perranporth which was where we needed to see during our stay. It was cosy and comfortable with everything you needed.
Going next door to the toilet but realising it’s glamping it’s what you do! we just hadn’t experienced glamping before so would know better with torches etc. mobile phone torch worked fine though. plus there were outside lights.

it was stunning, the way it’s been done out was just perfect the setting was amazing. Everything was so nice and clean and nothing was too much trouble. The shower was so nice it’s hard to get out of it. The family that run this are just the nicest people so friendly and welcoming. We are already looking at dates to return.
