Very friendly, helpful and proactive staff, anticipating potential issues with our late arrival and making sure we could check in without issue. Super quiet at night, not a peep to be heard from the street or neighboring rooms. The possibility to arrange a late check.out so that we could work on our laptops a bit longer before leaving. Exceptionally clean room. Everyone from the staff was friendly and nice to interact with, including the cleaning team.
The shower handle was a bit hard to move between warm and cold water. The bathroom (no window) did not have a working van/exhaust (or we were unable to find it), which might lead to dampness issues over time (no issues visible or detectable while we were there!).

Easy to find, check-in and nice room. Super service as I was arriving late.
I am missing an option to choose breakfast when arriving late or during booking.

Lage war gut, Parkplatz nebenan (reservierbar)
Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, Spinnweben in allen Ecken, hinter dem Fenstervorhang etc.
Fenster selbst seit längerer Zeit nicht geputzt.
Ist auch kein Wunder wenn das Personal rauchend auf der Stufe vorm Haupteingang sitzt und sich nicht einmal erhebt wenn etwas gefragt wird. Auf die Frage wie ich zum Parkplatz finde wurde mir als erstes mitgeteilt das Check -In erst ab 14:00 Uhr ist, sonst kostet es extra. Das war aber zum einem nicht die Frage und zum anderen war es 13:50 Uhr, bis wir am Parkplatz ankamen und ausgeladen hatten war es dann nämlich 14:00 Uhr.
Leider hat der Selbstcheck-In auch nicht reibungslos geklappt, der Aufenthalt war bereits bezahlt, in den Daten aber nicht hinterlegt, so das ich zunächst gezwungen war erneut zu zahlen. Hier muss ich dann allerdings lobend erwähnen das sich die inzwischen eingetroffenen Empfangsdame sofort um die Rückbuchung gekümmert hat.
