So disappointed! Except the reception staff ……
Staff there so good and pretty
First of all, they need to operate honestly. Because when I made the reservation, no place informed me that apart from the total price of the order, I also needed to pay a cleaning fee of over a hundred euros. This is not just my case; others have encountered the same problem. I can't cancel it, which makes me very angry and feel cheated. Besides, the mattress in the hotel is not a mattress at all; it's just a thick sponge that's not suitable for people to sleep on. I couldn't even stand up straight the next day. There was no toilet paper or tissues either. I won't make a reservation again... I'm very disappointed except for the staff.

Schöne Lage am See, für ein Wochenende mit Freunden ausreichend. Mit Familie zum Urlaub machen würde ich nicht nochmal kommen.
Achtung!! Endreinigung nicht im Preis hier bei booking inklusive!! Die Gebühr kommt zusätzlich hinzu. Keine Handtücher. Betten leider sehr weich und unbequem, Haare und Dreck waren im Bett, bevor man es selbst beziehen musste. Nur 1 Rolle Klopapier vorhanden für 8 Leute, keine zusätzlichen Sachen wie: Salz, Zucker, Öl, Seife, Zewa, Trockentücher. Lieber über den Ferienpark direkt buchen!
