STR 2025-0153 This 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo is almost ready for your getaway. With two living areas and a great dining room , plus eat up bar for five, your family and friends will have lots of space to gather. From the third floor check out the center courtyard with the pool or the bay while sitting on the patio. A quick 7 minute walk to the beach access, visiting the Sea Turtles or heading to Clayton's.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental. The process to check in and check out was effortlessly! The rental was super clean and had plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals.

It was very clean and nicely decorated.
But,
Entering and exiting is difficult to say the least. You CANNOT enter property if someone else is exiting so then you have to reverse on a busy street. The parking lot is very narrow. The property boasts walking distance to beach, yet exiting property as a pedestrian is difficult when not given proper instructions. There is a button we had to discover on our own because the manager told us to just stand where a vehicle would and then the gate would open… it didn’t.
Kitchen tools for cooking are sub par. All the pans made food stick

This is a wonderful property. With plenty of space for our family of 5, it was just what we needed for a beach vacation away from the early spring blizzard in Wisconsin. The kitchen is great with new appliances. The beach is in walking distance and they provide a beach wagon and all the beach accessories. The pool and hot tub were great and well maintained.
