Great place

The staff was keen on making us feel comfortable. It was nice that they offered to change the towels and the sheet the very next day after we had checked in. The apartment was spacious and clean.

I think they should put shower curtains in the bathroom. Every time we showered, the whole floor got wet, and we had to mop the floor. They should also put a dish/plate underneath the dish rack in the kitchen so it would be easier when washing the dishes.

Really nice place

Really nice apartament, we all enjoyed our stay. It's close to the restaurants and bars, 5 mins on foot. Maybe 10-15 minutes to the beach by car, depending on where you wanna go. Overall good experience, clean place, they changed our towels.

Modern apartament with great quality - price rate

The rooms are spacious and clean, there is air-conditioning and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. It is super close to the center of kalithea and at an approx. 10-15 min walk to the beaches.

Overall we are satisfied of out stay, new and clean property.

The property is new(renovated) and very clean. The apartment was big, we were 3, but even more people can fit. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and a sofa at the livingroom.

Sometimes the water pressure was low and it was not very comfortable to taka a shower.

You have all the facilities that you need for a family, the kitchen is fully equipped, it's a 5 adults stay or 4 adults and 2 kids.

In the bathroom the sewerage smells from time to time and when you're taking a shower, you will spill water all over the floor, but other then this things, all was good.
