The stay was fine.

The location was fine.

The property was supposed to have a washer and dryer. They were sitting in the middle of the bedroom floor as if they had just been delivered. The space where they were meant to be hooked up wass empty. Two of the bedrooms had clear glass doors so privacy was an issue.

bare bones vacation home not worth the price

incline village is cute! we saw a bear. there was a hottub - it didn't get super hot, but it was lovely to look up at the stars.

where to begin? this was one of the more disappointing stays ive ever had in a vacation home. the house felt forgotten; not stocked with even the most basic of things you could need (i'm talking like sponges and paper towels, at one point we were cleaning a dish with a towel!), and you had to go through a third party app (not booking) to get this feedback. half - literally HALF - of the light bulbs were out/dead. the grill was disgusting, likely hadn't been cleaned in months. the kitchen (a big part of why we booked a house) was just so bare bones - a tiny bit of salt and pepper and a sliver of aluminum, 6 glasses that didn't match (in a house that supposedly sleeps 8???) when we arrived, there was an insane buzzing noise by the downstairs bedroom. when we asked about it, they told us that it was related to the heater - since it was summer, we figured it wasn't worth worrying about? but we did hear it again several times, and i guess i'd recommend folks don't come here in the winter?? the downstairs bedroom must be for children because it has the world's smallest toilet, and the bidet on the toilet in the main bath didn't work. finally, i will say i don't recommend staying here if you value privacy - every door is made of glass for some reason! also - this is clearly stated on the listing, but a little note that beach access is not included in this rental, which might have helped make it a little more worth the price!

The beds on the third level are not comfortable and the sofa bed needs an update. Internet was slow. The Hot Tub looks like the electrical cables need extra care.

I think you guys should give us discount on the price

broken bed, the frame was broken and couldnt sleep in the bedroom and dead bat, toilet would not flush, dirty coffee cup, light wont work, hottub worked half the time, broken table outside was throwing over the deck
