Great view. It was a very quite place.
We had a pleasant stay overall, but there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom at times, and the soundproofing between the rooms could be improved, as we could hear quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms.

Rural location with sheep in adjacent lot. Good value for money. Entry boot tray & coat hooks. Room accommodated 3 as requested. In principal we’re fine with room & en-suite for sleeping and lounge for sitting/drinking/snacks.
Space in room was tight. Not enough chairs in room. Louwe nge had nice tables & chairs but expected it to have at least a microwave, glasses, a few dishes with cutlery, and a sink. Didn’t have any of those. We knew there wouldn't be breakfast or in-room cooking but very disappointed in facilities in lounge.

The location was convenient to Portree, about a 15 minute drive, but much of that was on a very narrow "B" road.
There was ample parking.
#7 was a SMALL room! (Photos of this room were not on the listing.) There was no space to open luggage or hang wet clothes when we got caught hiking in the rain. There was no wardrobe, on a small bench with a coat rack and 4 hangers to hang coats or clothes. The bathroom was so small that the sink had to be oriented sideways to fit, making it awkward to use. This was a no contact accommodation. No one was at the place to greet you or answer your questions or give you extra towels, etc. (You had to contact someone via WhatsApp if you needed assistance.) You get a lockbox combo to get your keys. That felt impersonal compared to other places we stayed. Guests could not eat "hot food" in the room, but there was a common lounge room with tables and couches. (Kind of weird rule but eating at a table was much better than eating in the tiny room.) Lastly, there is no breakfast served. That was not clear until the confirmation email. (To be fair, the listing did not promise breakfast.)
