Lux 3 bedroom townhouse 1 block from the beach

The property is in a safe quiet area. The king bed was very comfortable. We slept well. The provided beach chairs and beach towels were appreciated!

It is way more than 1 block from the beach so be prepared to walk in the heat. There are only 2 full baths, not 3. The 3rd bath is a half bath downstairs. The listing should say 2.5 baths. The bathrooms are dated with limited space for multiple guests sharing. The master bath had a broken towel holder with just the screw sticking out of the wall. There were no over the door hooks either so no where to hang wet bath towels or bathing suits, etc. The kitchen had limited supplies, for example there were only 4 forks. For a listing that sleeps 6, there should be 6 place settings for meals. The old coffee pot should be replaced with a keurig. The living room has one small uncomfortable sofa and one simple chair to sit on, again not enough furniture for 6 guests to relax together inside. The stairway to upstairs is narrow and steep so be mindful of that with children or elderly staying here. The property was not ready when we arrived at 4:15pm, meaning the cleaners had not even started. The owners responded quickly when we called to say our entry code wasn’t working, they hurried and cleaned it for us which was a little concerning. We were told they didn’t have our reservation on “their calendar” even though I received the arrival instructions and entry code that morning from them thru Booking.com. The owners did say they would refund my cleaning fee, still waiting for that. They did leave us some high noons in the kitchen for the inconvenience which was nice. The owners are quick to answer phone calls which is good as I got locked out one afternoon and she got me in right away.

I loved the location and very comfortable beds.

The sliding door was hard to open and close and there weren’t screens on windows.

Location is great.

Some things lacking...half switches didn't work and AC confusing at first.

La casa es hermosa! Todo muy cómodo, organizado, limpio y agradable; los anfitriones tienen muy bien equipada la casa para vacacionar en la playa, la cocina tiene todos los utensilios y en las habitaciones hay buenas sábanas, almohadas y toallas para uso personal. De verdad una estadía increíble y agradable.
