Welcome! This lovely 3000 sq. ft. 2-floor penthouse has 9 foot wrap-around floor to ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, and Deerfield Beach's famous fishing pier from your enormous (1,500 additional square foot) wrap-around terrace. This new and incomparable penthouse is elegantly finished and furnished and boasts a huge living and dining room with 10' ceilings, 4 bedrooms, 5 full marble bathrooms and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. All this in a subtly elegant building steps from the beach, shops and restaurants.
Some of the unique benefits we enjoy: Having our morning coffee and watching the sunrise and the activity on the beach from our outdoor terrace - it is like being at a sidewalk cafe. Walking along the beach searching for shells, swimming in the ocean and heated pool and just simply relaxing. Deerfield Beach is a low-key town which makes it very easy to slow down, unwind and rejuvenate. The free surfing lessons given by Island Water Sports every Saturday morning at 7:00am is a highlight for the children, as is breakfast afterwards on the pier. It is utterly magnificent here!

We absolutely loved this property! It was incredibly spacious, had amazing views and is located directly across from the beach. The pool was heated and clean. There’s a nice boardwalk for walks, a nearby fishing pier plenty of food within walking distance. We will come back for sure!

The property was beautiful! They had a booster seat and pack n play for my 11 mo son. The heated pool was great for our family. We were able to walk to most restaurants in the area. The beach was gorgeous. The only draw back was that the elevator was down during our stay but that’s not the fault of the host. Sunny was quick to respond and very friendly.

Nice property, spacious and an amazing view from the LR and Kitchen area. Great bathroom setup, and BRs are good but one room is a twin with no closet. Beach access is incredible. The pool is smallish but super clean with great furniture. Last note, some of the patio furniture needs updating and the place could have been a touch cleaner; but the property manager is awesome and

The view is fantastic ... from inside the unit AND outside on the roof/lounge area! This penthouse unit can handle a very large group. We had 7 people ... the space could easily accomodate double that. Loved that almost all the bedrooms had an ensuite full bathroom. Plenty of pillows, bath towels and beach towels (and beach chairs too!) The proximity to the beach, can't be beat. The beach itself is wonderful, super easy to walk to, shallow quite a ways out into the water, waves (while we were there) were very calm, water was warm, beaches were clean. Very nice to have 3 parking spaces included in the price of this unit. Made for very easy in/out access. We liked the smaller size of this building, not a highrise. Not as many people around. Host was very responsive. Lots of restaurants within very close walking distance. Area/nieghborhood felt very safe. Pool area sufficient for when you needed to escape/take a break from the sand. The only "room for improvement" suggestions would be the unit needed a deep cleaning, light switches needed to be fixed, light fixtures needed to be fixed/checked/light bulbs replaced. Outdoor furniture and some of indoor furniture needed to be replaced (worn out/looked ragged). Overall, a very pleasant stay and we all decided we would definately return to Deerfield Beach and stay at this penthouse unit.

The location of this condo at Deerfield Beach is undeniably its strongest feature—truly second to none. The views from the exceptional patio are breathtaking, and the sheer size of the unit is impressive, offering a vast amount of space that promises comfort. However, our experience was significantly marred by several issues. The cleanliness of the condo was far far below acceptable standards, which was thoroughly disappointing. The furnishings and beds lacked comfort, feeling more like discarded pieces meant for a college dorm than a premium vacation rental. This was especially true for the patio furniture, which detracted from the otherwise stunning outdoor experience. Additionally, basic necessities were scarce. Essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent, and even sufficient toilet paper were not adequately provided. Our small group of four found these oversights to be a major inconvenience. In summary, while the location and size of this condo are exceptional, the lack of cleanliness and poor quality furnishings greatly diminished our overall experience. A significant upgrade in both cleanliness, basic essentials and furniture is needed to make this property worthy of its potential and price point.

The size of this penthouse is great but a little deceiving on interior. Needs updating and refresh of bedroom linens and the patio furniture was old and cushions were ripped so not impressed with that. The cleaning service needs to do better also. With that being said, we had a great time, the pool was great and location was perfect, we could walk to all restaurants and shopping.

The location could not be beat right across from beach. The most upsetting thing is they provided no soap, no dish detergent, no dishwashing detergent, no laundry detergent. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this is always provided. When I talked to owner they said people are allergic to different soaps If people are allergic they bring their own. That is ridiculous and just a way for them to save money. They also expect you to run dishwasher but how so. No garbage bags, but they expect you to take out garbage. So after already going to store I had to go back. Also no salt or any seasonings. The rooms had no smoke detectors. They advertise umbrellas to take to beach, but they were not useable, luckily you can rent them at the beach. There was a broken toilet seat and one of the toilets overflowed.Again the location is great but the condo could definitely use some work. I would suggest they have a book that has all their information.

Easy to find, clear check in/check out, easy communication. The property is surface clean - could honestly use a deep cleaning. Overall a great place.

Spectacular view in a great area. The unit was extremely clean and the property manager was great to work with. He was very helpful and accommodating and very quick to respond to my questions. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable. I would recommend some minor work that could enhance the property (new cushions on the patio furniture, maybe a new coat of paint, upgrade to one of the couches) but these things would not hinder me from returning as often as I'm able.

Cant beat the pentbouse for maximum room and the best view..!! The outside deck area alone is is 60 feet long in each direction with multiple sitting areas. It was our favorite part of the trip of course, spending at least half of each day out on the penthouse roof patio..! Deerfield is a wonderful area! We would love to come back. Thank you, It was a wonderful 16 days.!

The views from the condo are fantastic. The space was perfect for home base for a destination wedding. We had the wedding brunch at the condo and 25 people fit just fine. The pool area was great and the location to the beach was wonderful. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance along with some shopping. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer. There was an extra fridge downstairs that worked great for overflow items. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. There was plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and cookware. It was nice to have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Now to the not so good….the condo needs some TLC. One of the couches was not safe to sit on due to broken springs. The photos on VRBO are not exactly what the condo looks like, specifically the furniture. The mattresses in three of the four bedrooms were not at all comfortable along with one of the beds upstairs being loose/broken and moved/creaked every time you moved in the bed. There were non-working lights throughout the condo, but we made it work. The tile floors are cracked and the walls had marks all over them along with the kitchen cabinet paint job was horrible. We were given two garbage bags for the kitchen and when I contacted the mgmt company, I was told that was all provided but someone would drop off more, which never happened. Fortunately, the maintenance guy had some bags, that were his, we could use. Each bathroom had a roll of TP on the

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this penthouse. The location is excellent. We were steps away from a beautiful beach, great restaurants within walking distance, and a friendly, safe atmosphere. The unit is well equipped with a large kitchen, large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The two terraces were fabulous, offering great views of sunrise and sunsets. Highly recommend this penthouse.

Stayed at this property growing up as a child almost every year (nearly 40 years). Decided to take my first born son there for his first birthday, a relatives 75th birthday, and also my parents wedding anniversary. There was plenty of room for our new family, my parents, brother and Aunt. Sunny was exceptional and provided everything we could have asked for including baby gates, highchair, a pack n play and infant riding seat. All beach goodies like coolers, chairs, boogie boards, etc are there waiting in the unit upon arrival. 6 stars and look forward to renting this unit in the near future.

The property exceeded our expectations with the location and local amenities. The wrap-around balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves on the beach. The space was able to accommodate all 12 of us with no problems. I would book again in the future! I would say the property could use a bit of updating as some areas had a lot of wear and tear, a few light fixtures didn't quite work, and water pressure was very low for a few faucets.

We are a family of five. (3 young adult children) This is the great location to walk to restaurants, fishing pier, shops or just stroll the boardwalk. Beach is steps away. We enjoyed the private outdoor terrace overlooking the beach with beautiful sunrises each morning, cocktails and sunsets in the evening. The penthouse condo was clean and comfortable. Property manager was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back and bring extended family or friends along as there was lots of space.

We had a great stay during my nephews wedding weekend! I can’t imagine having booked a place that would have been more perfect for us. The location, layout of home, great kitchen, huge deck overlooking the ocean, multiple beach chairs and beach towels are just a few of the highlights that make this a great rental!!! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back😁 We had a small issue with one of the blinds not closing properly and they promptly sent someone over to remedy the situation. Management very easy to work with and responded quickly.

The Property is Oceanfront. Fall into the pool or the Ocean within steps. The Sunrises are absolutely amazing! The rooftop patio deck was amazing looking down at the beach and ocean. Very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The owner’s communications prior to and during our stay were fantastic. We had so much fun we have booked the next two years out already. We had the best time staying at the penthouse! Our family has been coming to Deerfield Beach for over 30 years and you can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and an even shorter walk over to the beach. The apartment has 5 full bathrooms, which was perfect for our large group and came equipped with plenty of towels, beach chairs, and kitchen essentials. We will definitely be renting this unit again. This condo is in a great location. The views are outstanding and there is plenty of room to sleep everyone comfortably. Because of all of this, we had a great time despite the condition of the condo. It was dirty. Our feet were black from walking around inside, showers had mold, most door handles and around them had dirty handprints, outdoor cushions were dirty/moldy. Overall the place needs a deep, deep clean. We were also surprised that the condo didn't have basic cleaning supplies (during a pandemic!). That includes counter spray, dish soap and there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. The place seemed very unorganized from the linens to the games being in disarray. You definitely need to bring the basics soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies etc. We told the management company right away and they did offer to send their "professional" cleaning crew, but we were only there for three nights and our family reunion was underway. We chose to eat out or order in as the kitchen dishes, pans etc. seemed less than sanitary. The amount of time to get the place properly clean would have impacted our time together. We were so happy to enjoy our time together and the great beach location but were really disappointed and uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place. On a positive note, they have a nice washer and dryer and tons of great Tommy Bahama Beach Cheers.

We really enjoyed staying at this Penthouse condo! The view is spectacular! My main complaint is that bedroom number 4 is listed as being two single beds. It is a very small room, almost like a closet. If you pull out the second bed, there is no room to move. Also, the TV did not work in that room. In addition, one of the living room couches was broken. We would definitely stay there again!
